REHEARSAL BOOKINGS - OBSERVATORY // CPT

Turn your rehearsal into a recordable asset. Whether you need guide tracks, a full set recording, or focused work on a single track, we provide the space and the tech for basic recording. 

• When: Every Sunday
• Time Slots: 10:00 – 12:00 | 12:00 – 14:00 | 14:00 – 16:00
• Location: TrenchTown (Observatory)
• Booking: Exclusively via WhatsApp.

• Base Rate: R 450.00 per 2-hour session (covers 1–4 artists).
• Additional Artists: R 100.00 per person thereafter.
• Guests: You are welcome to bring guests, photographers, or social media teams.

Every session is fully recordable. To receive your files at the end of the session at no extra cost, you must:

• Bring a Flash Drive: We operate a "physical transfer only" policy.
• No Cloud Transfers: We do not use WeTransfer or other data software. No drive, no files.

To ensure we can support your sound, a Tech Rider is required upon enquiry. We cannot provide further details or confirm bookings without understanding your setup.

• Provided by MisFits: Drum kit, basic amp assistance, and up to 3 vocal microphones.
• Additional Mics: Available as a billable add-on.
• External Gear: We cannot source additional gear outside our inventory on short notice - but if you give us some time we may be able to assist. Additional expenses at your cost. 

• Payment Deadline: Full payment is required by COB Friday before your 
• Sunday session.
• Late Payment: If unpaid by the deadline, your slot will be immediately released to the waiting list.
• Refund Policy: Sessions are non-refundable.
• Transfers: You may gift or sell your session to another artist. However, MisFits cannot guarantee the tech requirements of the replacement act will be met on short notice.

TrenchTown is the host venue; coffee, food, and bar services are available on-site.

Note: This service is provided by MisFits. TrenchTown is not responsible for the quality of service during the sessions. Neither MisFits nor TrenchTown will be liable to damage to any items that you bring to the venue. These items are for your full responsibility.
