BIGLittle is dedicated to creating a vibrant "umbrella" organization that connects, supports, and empowers local artists. Our primary goal is to foster networking, collaboration, and mutual support, while also generating earning opportunities and providing increased exposure for our members.

We're building a dynamic team, and there are two key ways you can get involved: as a Volunteer or as a Contributor.

As a volunteer with BIGLittle, you'll be an essential part of our marketing and production arm, using your talents to develop and execute projects that raise funds and amplify our impact. You'll help manage the day-to-day operations of this "umbrella," organizing exciting events, fostering collaborations, and driving our marketing initiatives. You'll gain invaluable experience in the music industry, work alongside passionate creatives, and directly contribute to building a stronger, more supportive local music community. 

Further to our volunteers, we are also actively seeking Contributors. This role represents a higher tier of involvement, and while it comes with more commitment, it also offers significant added benefits.

The distinct difference between a volunteer and a contributor is that a contributor plays a vital, hands-on role in a specific project or production, whether through specialized skills, essential equipment, or both.

The benefits of acting as a contributor extend beyond general involvement & portfolio building. You'll gain the ability to leverage our network and exposure to advertise your own services or talents among the community, creating unique opportunities to prospect for more work and advantages within the industry. We also hope to see both Volunteers & Collaborators lean into the infrastructure to incubate projects of their own.

Thanks to our collaboration with Bush Radio, we have access to a dedicated studio space, providing a stable base for our operations and growth. This partnership also offers valuable exposure and connections within the wider music network. Plus, our association with an NPO paves the way for our members to eventually benefit from the protections and opportunities a music union can offer.
